I’m so excited to share my new book with you!

Showing Up Well: When Life Involves Other People is now available on Amazon. It completes my True Self Trilogy.

We’re heading into the holiday season, with family gatherings, traditions, expectations. It’s a time of all sorts of personalities coming together. There’s a lot of love in this season, but sometimes there’s a little more drama than we ordered.

That’s exactly why I wrote this book.

I’ve written about what happens when we begin to pay attention to our thoughts, recognize our fear-based patterns, and practice living from True Self.

But what happens when we take all that lovely internal work out into the world?

What happens when someone disappoints us? When we disagree? When someone else’s emotions spill into our day? When we find ourselves trying to manage what other people think, feel, or do?

Showing Up Well is a reminder as we learn to recognize the stories we’re telling ourselves in our real life, we can decide whether we want to keep living from them. We can care without taking over, be kind without abandoning ourselves, and let someone else have their feelings without making them our responsibility.

We practice thought work so we can show up well, even when other people don’t.

Through ordinary and everyday moments, I’m sharing how we can use thought work to bring our True Self into the rooms and relationships of our lives.

You don’t have to read the other books in the trilogy (but not gonna lie, I’d love it if you did). This final book brings the work we’ve been doing together into the world we share with other people.

Goodness, there are a lot of people out there, aren’t there?
