Therapy often focuses on healing the past—diagnosing, treating, or processing what’s unresolved. Coaching is more about where you are now and where you want to go next. It’s forward-facing, present-centered, and rooted in awareness, choice, and aligned action.
That said, coaching can be deeply emotional. We’ll have honest, spacious conversations. I won’t tell you what to do—my job isn’t to fix or direct you. It’s to be a safe, steady container while you come home to your own wisdom.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy. If you're navigating trauma, clinical depression, or need mental health support, I’ll always encourage you to seek the care you deserve.
